These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of vezhaul.com, operated by VezHaul LLC ("VezHaul"). By creating an account or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If acting for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
1. Nature of platform and regulatory status
The website may offer freight-related inquiries, account registration, shipper request intake, and carrier onboarding. Submission of information does not guarantee the availability or acceptance of a shipment. VezHaul will not arrange transportation requiring FMCSA broker authority until the required operating authority is effective. No statement on this site should be interpreted as a claim of active broker authority unless explicitly verified.
2. Accounts
Provide current, accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. Users must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of their company. We may restrict or suspend access for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, abuse, or legal noncompliance.
3. Shippers and carriers
Shippers are responsible for accurately describing goods, weights, dimensions, pickup/delivery requirements, and any special handling or regulatory restrictions. Carriers must provide truthful authority and insurance information and promptly disclose changes. Registration or document submission is not approval to haul freight. Specific shipments and compensation, if any, require separate written agreements and rate confirmations.
4. Prohibited uses
Do not upload malicious files, impersonate others, submit fraudulent documentation, misuse personal information, scrape or interfere with the website, or tender unlawful or prohibited cargo.
5. Documents and information
You retain ownership of your materials and grant VezHaul a limited license to securely process them for platform and legitimate business purposes. Do not submit sensitive personal data unrelated to an authorized business need. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled.
6. Fees and separate agreements
Browsing and submitting an inquiry does not create a transportation contract or obligation to pay unless separate written terms are agreed. Any quoted rates, payment terms, claims procedures, cargo responsibilities, and insurance provisions will be established in applicable shipper/broker and broker/carrier agreements.
7. Availability and warranties
We aim to keep the website functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent allowed by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available." Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VezHaul is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising solely from website usage. These website Terms do not replace or limit duties under applicable transportation law or a separately executed transportation contract.
9. Governing law and disputes
These website Terms are governed by Kansas law, excluding conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory federal law and other non-waivable protections. Parties will first attempt to resolve website-related concerns by contacting [email protected].
